A seat is one named member account with the full individual member experience — VEHA™ culturally responsive support, AIAER™ Daily Practice, assessments, the Personalized Healing and Resilience Plan, journal and reflections, nervous-system regulation tools, the resource library, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, privacy controls, progress and insights, and community access when enabled. Seats are assigned to one named person and cannot be pooled or shared. An organization's administrator manages seat assignments — inviting and revoking members — but never gains access to a seat holder's private healing information.
Whether coach services are included with a plan, or separately contracted, is configured per agreement.
