Your journal entries, assessment responses, ritual sessions, and check-ins are visible only to you and your assigned coach. No one else.

Enterprise Access
Organization admins see aggregated, anonymous analytics only. Individual employee data is never exposed — not even to the org admin.

Clinicians access only their assigned patients. All data is accessed anonymously in aggregate. HIPAA BAA available.
Platform Security: All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Access is role-based — users see only their own data. Coaches see only assigned clients. Enterprise admins see only anonymized trends. The platform creator (Dr. Lisseth London) retains access solely for platform integrity, safety monitoring, and anonymized research analysis consistent with the platform's mission.
Note: Payment is required before accessing the platform. All journal data can be exported if you cancel your membership.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once you purchase a subscription, you will retain full access to the platform for the entire duration of your paid period. If you choose to cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for any unused time.
